You Have TWO Options to Help Mom and Baby:

(Actually, you can participate in any way you like - but here are two ideas...)

Option 1 - Collect Baby Items

Here's some tips on how to do this:

First, pile in that van (or car, on foot or pogo stick) and take flyers door to door that explain what you are planning to do (see a sample flyer here). It is a two-sided flyer which is printed on both sides and cut into three sections. On that flyer, you write the date you are planning to return to gather the items on the list (the list is on the back of the flyer).

If printing off flyers is a problem, don't let that stop you. Just give us a shout and we'll deliver flyers right to your door! Call or text us at 902.670.8510 and we'd be glad to help.

On the flyer, it lists suggested baby items and it shows a date when you will be back to pick up the baby items. The flyer tells people to put the baby items in a plastic bag on their door step with a note saying they are to help moms and babies.

People use the time between when you deliver the flyers and when you go back to pick up the baby items to purchase or gather the baby items they want to donate.

Then, on the date that you had written on the flyer (saying when you will return) you pile back in that van (or, you know) and go gather the items from the doorsteps of the places you had left the flyers.

Note: There is no need to talk to people or knock on doors. On the first day, you just drop the flyer in their mailbox. On the return date, you just pick up the labelled bag of baby items from people's door steps.

After you've collected the awesome things for helping moms and babies, just call or text us at 902.670.8510 and we'll come pick up your stuff or you can deliver it to our office at 104 Webster Street in Kentville.

Option 2 - Spread the Word

Here's some tips on how to do this:

1. Contact us to get flyers to distribute ( and check with us to see if people have already delivered flyers in your area).

2. PILE IN A VAN with Friends and go door to door in your community handing out flyers so people know that help is available to them.

This option only requires a one-time event. You are only delivering flyers from door to door in people's mailboxes.

Note: No need to talk to people or knock on doors. Just drop off information so that people know there is help available.
